Product Description
SpaceLogger W10 Description
The SpaceLogger.W10 data logger is an economic solution for data logging of real-time weather data from a wide range of meteorological sensors and is compatible with Gill Instruments, LCJ Capteurs and Calypso sensors and other sensors with a single serial output starting and ending . Please contact us if you have a serial output sensor requiring a data logger, we work with manufacturers delivering customised OEM and retrofit solutions.
SpaceLogger.W10 is ideal for field data acquisition due to its low power consumption, high capacity data storage and compact design, data is date and time-stamped and stored locally on an SDHC memory card (2GB) delivering a convenient low cost standalone solution.
Saved in .CSV (Excel) file format with a new file generated for each day, data can be easily transferred from the SDHC memory card to PC where it can analysed with any standard spreadsheet program, an Excel template (WindLog.xls) is available for fast data import.
Customised versions and quantity discounts are available – please contact our sales team for a quote.
SpaceLogger.W10 is compatible with a wide range of meteorological sensors:
• Gill WindSonic sensors
• Gill WindObserver sensors
• Gill WindMaster sensors
• Gill MetPak & MetPak Pro Weather Stations
• Gill GMX MaxiMet range of sensors

SD Card Data Capacity
The SpaceLogger.W10 logging interval may be varied using the meteorological sensors settings (eg Gill WindSonic can be set for 4, 2 or 1 readings per second, or one reading every 1 to 60 seconds). With a logging interval of one reading per second, SpaceLogger.W10 will store up to 19 months of Gill WindSonic data.
The table below gives the approximate capacity of the supplied 2Gb SDHC memory card by sensor variant:
Sensor | 1Hz Data Rate | 4Hz Data Rate |
Capacity (in days) | Capacity (in days) | |
